- We require the deposit payment to guarantee your booking.
- All additional expenses such as bar tabs must be settled on the day of the event.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The deposit is refunded subject to the successful inspection of the room by HBYC Management.
- No food may be brought onto the premises by members / non-members unless by agreement.
- All beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) must be supplied by the Club.
Should you need to cancel your booking, you may do so 14 days prior to your function date; thereafter a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- If cancelling within 14 days of function, 100% of the room deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelling within 7 days of function, the full room deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- HBYC reserves the right to cancel in the event of force majeure.
