PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY

To secure your booking, a deposit payment is required at the time of reservation.
All additional expenses, including bar tabs and any outstanding balances, must be settled in full on the day of the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • A deposit must be paid on the day of booking; if not received, the reservation will be considered void.
  • The full booking fee must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date. HBYC Management reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received on time.
  • The deposit is refundable, subject to a successful post-event inspection of the venue by HBYC Management.
  • Outside food is not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted.
  • All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be purchased through HBYC. No external beverages are allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your booking, the following policy applies:

  • 15 days or more before the event → 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before the event → The full deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

HBYC reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control)
